If you're not completely happy with your Cloud House order, we'll make it right. Every order is backed by our 30-night sleep trial — giving you a full month to experience the difference before making any final decisions.
How Our Returns Work
Getting a return started is simple. Just reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order through our Contact page or by emailing us directly at home@shopcloudhouse.com. We'll respond within 24 hours, verify your order details, and issue a prepaid return label straight to your inbox. Please note a $15 return and processing fee applies per order and will be taken out of the refund amount when processed.
Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition
- Return labels are provided by Cloud House at no cost to you
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Important — Product Condition We take pride in the quality of every topper we ship, and we ask that you treat yours with the same care. Cloud House is not responsible for any rips, tears, or physical damage that occur after delivery. Returns requested on items that show signs of damage — including rips, tears, or significant wear — will not be eligible for a refund and cannot be processed. If you have any concerns about the condition of your topper upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Free Gifts Please note that any complimentary gifts included with your order — including our signature pillow spray — are non-returnable and non-refundable. These are yours to keep, regardless of whether you choose to return your topper.
